Rice Bubble 'LCM' Slice

110g Butter
½ cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Honey
4 cups Rice Bubbles
½ cup coconut


1. Boil butter, sugar and honey gently for 2-3 minutes.

2. Combine Rice Bubbles and coconut in a bowl and stir in the sugar mixture.

3. Press into a lined slice tray

4. Refrigerate for 20 to 40 mins,

5. Cut into fingers and store in fridge.

I think I will be trying that next week along with a couple of the other recipes there also
