We are trying to be good with our money in our house at the moment, so I really needed to make a budget, but the idea of a monthly budget scared me.
My DH gets paid fortnightly so I have decided to make our budget fortnightly and only factor in the things that need to be paid out during that fortnight. Then I can adjust the budget for the following fortnight. So far this has worked for us :)
